P&CP has been really helpful and getting my office staffed up. I have also been thrilled with the training that he gives after they come to the office. Getting the person licensed before they start is a huge plus!

I acquired a new team from P&CP about 1 month ago and shes working out very well so far. I like the fact that she came licensed, one less issue that I have to deal with when hiring a new team member and worrying about them passing the exam.
