From the first conversation I had with him, he was professional, extremely understanding of what I was looking for, and he understands our business extremely well as he was a former team member. After speaking with him for about 20 minutes, I signed up for his VIP plan and within 2 weeks, he had 2 qualified licensed people in front of me. I decided to move forward with 1 of them, she had her life and health. P&CP academy put her through a Property & Casualty course and they got her to pass her P&C exam on the first try. P&CP has been really helpful and getting my office staffed up. I have also been thrilled with the training that he gives after they come to the office. Getting the person licensed before they start is a huge plus!

I like the fact that she came licensed, one less issue that I have to deal with when hiring a new team member and worrying about them passing the exam.
